How long does delivery take in Tokyo?
We offer next-day delivery within the 23 Tokyo wards for orders placed before 3pm. For orders placed on weekends, delivery is scheduled for the following Tuesday. Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee — please call us to arrange.
How does the 100-night trial work?
After delivery, you have 100 nights to sleep on your Clay Zone Land mattress. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us before night 100 and we will arrange a free collection and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Do you offer financing or instalment payments?
Yes. We offer 0% interest instalment plans via Paidy and Acom for 3, 6, or 12 months. Select your preferred plan at checkout. Approval is subject to the provider's standard credit assessment.
What firmness level is right for me?
Generally: side sleepers prefer Medium-Soft to Medium; back sleepers prefer Medium to Medium-Firm; stomach sleepers prefer Firm. Our sleep consultants can help you choose — call us or visit our Shibuya showroom for a free fitting.
Can I order a custom size for a Japanese tatami or platform bed?
Absolutely. We offer all standard Japanese sizes (Shikibuton, Single, Semi-Double, Double, Queen, King) as well as custom dimensions for traditional tatami rooms. Custom orders require an additional 7–10 business days and are non-returnable.
