These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clay Zone Land website and your purchase of products from Clay Zone Land K.K. ("Clay Zone Land", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Japan to purchase products from Clay Zone Land. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices on our website are stated in Japanese Yen (¥) and include applicable consumption tax. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when you receive a written order confirmation from Clay Zone Land by email. We accept payment by major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, and approved instalment services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We offer free white-glove delivery and installation within the 23 Tokyo wards. Delivery to other areas may incur a fee. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery.

5. 100-Night Trial

You may return any eligible mattress within 100 nights of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us before the 100th night. The mattress must be in a hygienic condition. We will arrange collection at no cost to you. This trial applies only to mattresses and not to accessories, toppers, or adjustable bases.

6. Warranty

All Clay Zone Land mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or damage to the cover fabric. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

7. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or modify an order without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After this period, a cancellation fee of ¥5,000 may apply to cover logistics costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Clay Zone Land K.K. and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clay Zone Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
